Ok all you customers out there - let's see your rigs!
Tell us how you're using your Redstar Cabs along with pictures (shots on
stage are the best). Send them to
sales@redstaraudio.com and you may see
your story up here with the others. Lots more coming soon, so check
back on a regular basis to see what's new!
Scott from Detroit has the special distinction of
owning a full stack of some of our very first pre-production Havok HK412
cabs. Scott has been playing for over 30 years and says this about the
stack: "They are the best cabinets for pushing unrelenting and
punishing volume with more punch and clarity then any other cabinet. This
cabinet has unbelievable extended low end without sacrificing any clarity
regardless of volume. I have Marshalls, Mills Acoustics, and others, but
this paired up with my Bogner Uberschall takes heavy grind to a new extreme.
Again I love the cabs. I have started using them for recording. In my studio
I have a sound proof enclosure I built to isolate my cabinets when mic'ing
at high volume. Your cabs just thunder the place with low-end even when I
have the enclosure sealed-up. You gotta love it!" We love that
stack - Thanks Scott!
This is a beautiful Blackjack BK212 we did for Doug in
Houston. He specifically requested chrome corners when we did this
Custom Shop model so it would match his amp. Nice touch! Doug
wrote in his review "I don't know what kind of witchcraft they have going on
inside the cabinet but whatever it is with the combination of those mixed
Eminence drivers is Black Magic." We wish it was magic!
That's a sweet rig - thanks Doug!
Joe Moore from Chalkline Beauty
(www.myspace.com/chalklinebeautyrva) plays on a full stack of custom 4x12
and 1x18 Fulcrum models. If you've ever seen them you know they rock
HARD. Awesome sound! We've known Joe for a while and he is not
only a hard-nosed player, but a great guy as well. Joe wrote in the
Talkbass forums "These cabs sound sick! Punchy, full & thick while still
being very articulate, more than any cab I've ever owned & I've been playing
for 19 years." Thanks Joe we appreciate the comments!
