Our relationships with the artists that use and rely on our products every day are never taken for granted.

But sometimes, we have the opportunity to take our relationship beyond that and form a bond with a musician above being a customer or a vendor. We can be integral parts to each other's success and journey.  This is the basis for our Artist Endorsement Program.

First, please understand the difference between an Endorsement and a Sponsorship.  In the music industry, sponsorships are programs where a manufacturer provides a product, either for free or at a significant discount, in exchange for it's use.  Redstar Audio does not, and will not, engage in sponsorship programs and we fundamentally are opposed to them at any level.

Endorsement programs, on the other hand, are usually initiated by the artist or musician after they have used or experienced a product and feel strongly enough that they would like to use it exclusively, or in a more broad public fashion.  The key difference here is that the artist has chosen to endorse a product or manufacturer because they believe in, and trust, that product enough to rely on it publicly.  Even if there is no agreement between the artist and the manufacturer, they have still chosen to use the product based on it's own merits.  This commitment and trust is key to an effective endorsement relationship, and it is the basis for our Endorsement Program.  Redstar Audio welcomes any artist who brings that level of commitment to the use of our products, and would like to expand their use and relationship further.  However, the following criteria apply and are designed to make the program valuable and sustainable for the artist.

Artists should be currently playing 50 or more shows a year, usually in the range of 100-150 shows per year.  In most cases, they should have at least one commercial recording release (multi-track) credited to them or be within 45 days of finishing production.  Artists should be able to provide a current press kit or media kit, should have retained management representation, and should be familiar with standard contracts such as Media Release forms, Confidentiality Agreements, and other types of simple contracts.  Artists must be be able to provide a link to an online website or space where we can learn more about you and your accomplishments.

Finally, you should be prepared to explain why you feel strongly about our products and why you believe participating under our Endorsement Program would be right for you.
