We've listed many of the common questions we receive.
If you have a question that is not covered here or in any of the information
on our website, please feel free to contact us at

Where are you located
and where can I buy one of your products?
We are located in Houston, TX and we sell all of our products
online in our
web store.
How do your cabs sound compared to (*insert
competitor name and product here*)? Are they loud? What do they
sound like?
If there was one question, that would be it... As much as
we'd like answer this for you, we honestly can't. For one thing, every
cab sounds different. Yes, we will agree that some do sound awful.
But the kinds that we would compare ourselves to usually don't sound
horrible, in fact they often sound very good. But they ALWAYS sound
different from ours, and vice-versa. Are our cabs loud? Yeah,
they're loud. What do they sound like? They sound great, of
course. All we can say is that, in general, we design our cabs for
players in the rock, hard rock and metal genres. Players who are going
for more classic, jazz or vintage sounds may not be the right fit for some of
our models. But if you play rock or metal styles, especially extreme
styles of play or detuning, then you will love our cabs, and we feel pretty
strongly about that.
Is there somewhere that I can play your cabs and hear how they sound?
That's a concern for a lot of players, so we've
posted sound clips of some
of our cabs online, and we are working on adding more in the near future.
Why is your name not on the front of your
products? Is it some kind of secret?
We feel that many competitive products are more interested in their logos
than how good they sound. We made a conscious decision when we started
the company that it's all about the artist using our gear, not our name,
that counts. Our logo on the front is distinctive and people have
become familiar with it over time, and for the record, our name is on the
back as part of our product ID tag.
Can you build me a custom cab? Can I
customize a cab? I've heard it's expensive, is that the case?
We can customize any of our designs, or even create a cab for you completely
based on your requirements. The costs associated range from less than
$100 for a custom paint option to $1000 or more for a complete custom build.
It all depends on what you want and how far you want to take it.
However, we will say that customizations are labor intensive by their nature
and it's not a simple thing to just "build a new cab". Like everything
else in life, it all comes down to what you want and what you can afford.

Do you give out product for endorsement deals?
My band is just about to get signed by a major label, go on tour and make
about a trillion dollars next year. How can I get a sponsorship with you?
In summary, we do not give free product as part of sponsorship deals.
Please read that sentence again. Now that we have that awkward moment
behind us, we will tell you that we definitely have an Endorsement Program
in place and we are constantly talking to artists about how we can help each
other be more successful. We have a
full section on our website that
gives information on the program, but please keep in mind that we receive
inquiries every day and that, in most cases, it's not the right fit for
either the artist or us. Please read the section on requirements and
criteria to see if the program may be right for you.
Do you build to order, or are your cabs in
stock and available for immediate delivery?
Our model is to build a limited number of cabs and keep them in stock ready for sale and
delivery. However, we never load the drivers and run the cabs through
burn-in and Quality Control (QC) before they are purchased. That way,
we minimize chances a problem can occur and it guarantees every customer a
"fresh" cab. So, even for cabs that are listed as In-Stock, there is
still a 3-5 business day lead time (often shorter) before shipping.
For some models or configurations that are not listed as In-Stock, the
turnaround time is usually about 7-10 business days. The only
exception to these rules are cabs we sell as Web Specials or on our eBay
store. Those cabs, which are either B-Stock cabs with cosmetic
blemishes, or one-of-a-kind configurations, are usually available for
immediate delivery unless otherwise stated. Obviously, custom orders
will have longer lead times and are dependent on your requirements and
options.
I am a store owner, dealer or distributor and
I want to carry your line of products. How do I get some to sell?
Please refer to our Dealer Requests
section for more information.
I read some comments in a forum somewhere
about your products, and the people were saying that your cabs should be
bigger (or maybe it was smaller), louder, lighter and definitely less
expensive. Also, some people were sure that you guys shouldn't be
building cabs at all because you don't know what you're doing and they
probably aren't that good. They seemed to know what they were talking
about.
They are right.
