The Havok 4x12 guitar speaker cab was built from the ground up to support the deepest, loudest, most aggressively-detuned styles of play that anyone could imagine.  It is a ferocious cab that can handle the most insane levels of amplification at still stay composed, delivering smooth response at any volume.  Yes, it is the ultimate sonic shotgun blast to the head of your average Tone Zombie...

What's a Tone Zombie?  You know - those mindless players out there that collect gear based on labels, not on performance.  You've seen them, lurking on stage with stacks of chrome-plated logos, using the same gear everyone else does because, well, because everyone else does, that's why!  Must be good to be a Tone Zombie, having all your decision made for you by the players in magazines, buying stuff with shiny metal buttons, stealing riffs off the opening band... *sigh*

Still reading?  Good because it means that must not describe you.  And why would it?  You pour your heart and soul into your own distinct sound, your lyrics, your leads, why should you compromise and use the same tired-ass gear just to end up sounding like every other guy in front of you?

The Havok will break you away from the shuffling pack of Tone Zombies like a depth charge.  It plays deep without muddiness and hits with an impact that has to be felt to be understood.  Ever seen one of those machines they use to restart your heart?  Imagine doing that to your ears.  Friends, believe us when we tell you that this thing can chug.  It's lower-midrange reproduction is off the chart.  Where most guitar speakers start gasping and wheezing around 65Hz, the Havok can keep dropping crunch-bombs all the way down to 50Hz, which is the "in your chest" thumping you crave and will have the Tone Zombies scratching their heads, wondering what hit them.  Never boomy, never flabby, the notes are three-dimensional and tight.  Upper range is silky-smooth and may be the most "transparent" cab you've ever heard.

A quick note about amplification - you better bring your A-game kids.  You are not going to effectively drive the Havok with some little amp that looks like a toaster-oven, or an import amp with more bling-bling on the front panel than watts-output on the back.  Seriously, don't even bother.  The Havok requires an amp that can sit at the grown-up table, so you've been warned.

Driven by a four-pack of Delta Pro 12A drivers from Eminence, the Havok uses our perimeter style bracing system to transfer stiffness to the cabinet shell without added weight.  Then we apply a precise layout tuned acoustic panels to the back panel.  This important step tightens the critical lower-mid frequency tones by breaking up standing waves (think echoes that muddy your tone) inside the cabinet.  It took us two years to get this formula right, and there is no one else in the industry (go ahead, look around, you'll be back) that brings this fabrication process or level of engineering to their speaker cabinets.

The Havok is the most innovative speaker cabinet we've ever built.  If you want a speaker cabinet that is about real performance, not just a rolling billboard for some mass manufacturing company, then you've found it in the Havok.
