Warranty and Trial Evaluation Program Terms and Conditions
Redstar Audio takes great pride in the durability, quality and reliability of
our products, and reflect our commitment to the many artists
who put their trust in our company every day.
In summary, every cab is covered by a 2-year transferrable warranty on the
construction and workmanship of our speaker cabinets. The drivers are
warranted by their original manufacturer. These shipping
charges for the replacement components are covered under this warranty upon receipt and
inspection of the failed component(s). The customer is responsible for all
shipping charges, including adequate insurance, for returning defective parts to
us, and these charges are not eligible for refund or reimbursement.
Additionally, every customer may evaluate our products for up to seven days
under our Trial Evaluation Program. A customer may return a cab for full
refund as long as it is in good working order, does not show evidence of abuse,
and has nominal cosmetic wear. Cabs may be used in a live performance
setting but must meet these conditions. Cabs MUST be returned in original
cartons with original packing materials and all accessories included. The
original purchase price, excluding shipping charges, is eligible for refund. The
customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including adequate
insurance, and these charges are not eligible for refund or reimbursement.

REDSTAR AUDIO WARRANTY PROGRAM
Redstar Audio
speaker cabinets are warranted for two years from time of purchase.
THIS WARRANTY IS TRANSFERRABLE.
It covers all mechanical aspects of the cabinet
including drivers, wiring, electronics, and casters or wheels.
The cabinet shell is warranted for life against
manufacturing defects. Cosmetics of the cabinet including corners, grill
and cabinet coating are not covered under the warranty replacement program.
Redstar Audio reserves to the right to deny or exclude any claim of warranty
repair if there is suspicion of fraud or improper manipulation of the terms of
our warranty program.
Additionally, any part or component submitted as a warranty claim may be
required to be returned to Redstar Audio for inspection prior to the release of
a new replacement part. Return shipping charges and fees, including adequate
insurance, for defective components are the customer responsibility and
are non-refundable. All returned components will be inspected for abuse,
misuse or damage due to extreme or excessive handling or play.
The inspection and subsequent determination of
suitability of replacement is at the sole discretion of Redstar Audio.
We reserve the right to withhold the replacement in
partial, or in full, for any reason according to
the terms of this warranty program and our inspection process.
ANY DRIVERS OR ELECTRONICS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF
ABUSE OR MISUSE DUE TO OVERPOWERING, UNFILTERED ELECTRICAL SURGES, OR LONG-TERM
PLAY UNDER EXCESSIVE AND/OR DESTRUCTIVE VOLUME LEVELS OR POWER LOADS WILL NOT BE
ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OF PRE-PAID WARRANTY FEES.
Any owner suspected of submitting components for warranty replacement that are
fraudulent or non-original equipment will be subject to termination of their
warranty coverage at the sole discretion of Redstar Audio.
Redstar Audio makes no other claims, guarantees or warranties, written or
verbally, beyond what is described here. Redstar Audio will not be
held liable for any damages, fees or loss of wages or income associated with the use of
it's products.
Redstar Audio reserves the right to modify, amend, or otherwise change and/or
cancel this warranty program for any reason, without notice or announcement.
REDSTAR AUDIO TRIAL AND RETURN PROGRAM
Redstar Audio
speaker cabinets may be used for seven (7) calendar days after receipt by the
customer, as
documented by the shipping carrier, for purposes of evaluation This
seven day evaluation period is extended to all products unless specifically
declared otherwise at the time of sale. Customers are permitted to return
their cabinet for a full refund of their original purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
Refunds are permitted for any reason. The following conditions apply to the Trial and Return Program:
Customer must contact Redstar Audio for a RA (Return Authorization) number prior
to submitting a product for return. Products submitted for return and
refund must be received by Redstar Audio no-later than fourteen (14) days after
date of original receipt by the customer as documented by the shipping carrier.
ANY PRODUCT RECEIVED FOR REFUND BEYOND THIS 14 DAY PERIOD MAY BE DENIED REFUND
AT THE DISCRETION OF REDSTAR AUDIO.
Customer must return the product in original packaging with all documentation
and accessories included. Products returned in non-original packaging will
be denied acceptance under our program and will be refused delivery by Redstar
Audio. REDSTAR AUDIO WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CABINETS RETURNED IN NON-ORIGINAL
OR INCOMPLETE PACKAGING. Customer is responsible for all charges and fees related to
return shipping of their product to Redstar Audio prior to refund. ANY
DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING RETURN SHIPPING IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
CUSTOMER. Shipping fees, charges and any and all related expenses
of any kind or nature related to shipping are non-refundable and
non-negotiable. If a product is refused acceptance under our our Trial and
Return Program, it is the customer's responsibility to secure shipping back to
their location. Redstar Audio will not pay for return shipping to the
customer of denied products, and is not liable for any fees related to their
return.
Products returned for refund must be in good working order, with nominal
cosmetic wear. All drivers, electronics, fixtures and mechanical
components must be in good working order, free of damage, and must show nominal
cosmetic wear. All products will be inspected both visually and
mechanically to verify they are in good working order and fully functional
without defects.
Any product which shows any indication of abuse, misuse,
over-powering or over-amplification, electrical surge, or any damage due to
extreme volume beyond specified ratings will be denied a refund as part of this
program. Customers are permitted to use their product in a live
performance environment as part of this evaluation program. However, all
product returned for refund will be subjected to the same criteria and
evaluation upon arrival. The inspection and evaluation of each product for
refund is at the sole discretion of Redstar Audio, or it's authorized affiliates
or dealers. Redstar Audio makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or
implied, that any product will be suitable for refund in part or in whole.
For products that are accepted for return, a refund
will be issued within thirty (30) business days in a form of payment at the
discretion of Redstar Audio.

of it's policies, at any time, without notice.
